About Us

Consolidated Aggregates is a division of Turley International Resources(TIR). TIR is a leading sourcing, mining, and mineral processing company specializing in value added products spanning multiple industries including swimming pools, filter media, landscape, sports fields, and building materials. With over 50 years experience in mining and aggregate supply, Consolidated Aggregates has capitalized on that experience to bring innovative solutions to industries who have vastly different needs. This is accomplished by listening and understanding the challenges that industries face while helping to develop products to solve these challenges. We pride ourselves on building relationships with our customers, and helping them gain a competitive advantage in the marketplace.

Our History

In late 2003, after many years helping build a successful business with previous business partners, Laurence and Mark Turley came to a crossroad in life. They decided to bring a collection of experiences they had in business, mining, and aggregate supply and launch Turley International Resources. Their vision was to build the infrastructure that would support the product growth spanning multiple industries allowing the company to maintain the balance needed when mining their own materials. Their vision was also to help other strategic supply partners maintain that same supply balance. That vision is alive and well as seen in the growth of the business over the course of the last 20 years.

• 2003 – Formation of company
• 2004-2005 – Built Arizona Facility including 25,000 Sq. Ft. Building and Equipment
• 2007 – Started Southern Stone and Timber – Mining operation in New Zealand – Added 2 buildings to Arizona Facility – 25,000 and 7,000 Sq. Ft. buildings
• 2008 – Created Consolidated Aggregates – Production and Mining Operation in Mississippi – Acquired Flex Cement Company– Concrete Overlay Product
• 2009 – Became Shareholders of the Pak Mix Organization – Packaged Concrete
• 2010 – Entered into the Colored Quartz market installing 1st Production Line. – Fulfilled job for Army Corps of Engineers – Delivered 3,000 Bulk Bags or 187 truckloads of sand in a 36 hour period to help prevent the overflow of the Mississippi river.
• 2011 – Construction of an additional packaged concrete line to fulfill demand. – Construction of 2nd Colored Quartz production line.
• 2012 – Entered into the Bulk Masonry business. – Installed an additional blending system for the pool industry
• 2013 – Constructed the dredge and screening plant to further expand the supply of materials
• 2015 – Purchased additional acreage in Mississippi to construct state of the art drying, screening and bagging facility.
• 2018 – Secured an additional 70,000 Sq. Ft. of warehouse space in Mississippi for production and warehousing. – Installed 3rd Colored Quartz production line.
• 2019 – Installed state of the art blending and packaging line for the Wet Edge product line.
• 2020 – Installed 2 new bagging lines for additional capacity.
• 2021 – Installed 4th Colored Quartz production line. – Installed 2 robots on production lines for automation and efficiencies.
• 2022 – Constructed new building and equipment for expansion of packaged concrete production. Installed additional robot in conjunction with expansion.
• 2023 – Installed 5th colored quartz production line. – Acquired additional 59,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space for production and storage. – Installed 2 additional robots on existing production lines.
