Why Our Products Are Superior
Consolidated Aggregates is a division of Turley International Resources(TIR). TIR is a leading sourcing, mining, and mineral processing company specializing in value added products spanning multiple industries including swimming pools, filter media, landscape, sports fields, and building materials. With over 50 years experience in mining and aggregate supply, Consolidated Aggregates has capitalized on that experience to bring innovative solutions to industries who have vastly different needs. This is accomplished by listening and understanding the challenges that industries face while helping to develop products to solve these challenges. We pride ourselves on building relationships with our customers, and helping them gain a competitive advantage in the marketplace.
Swimming Pool Materials
Consolidated Aggregates has served the swimming pool industry for 20+ years. Natural pebbles ensure our pools and spas complement your landscape design. Each bag of our swimming pool pebbles, colored quartz, and colored glass is screened, washed, and dried to ensure the highest quality product for swimming pool applications. All manufacturing of these products is completed at our processing plants in Arizona and Mississippi and shipped to our distributors throughout the United States, Mexico, and Canada.
Packaged Concrete
Consolidated Aggregates manufactures your traditional Concrete, Masonry Sand, and Mortar mixes. We offer a variety of other packaged products including Portland Cement, Non-Shrink Grouts, Core Fill Grout, and Asphalt Patch Repair. Our products are conveniently manufactured in 60lb and 80lb retail ready bags.
Landscape | Decking | Shell
By searching remote beaches around the world, we have found the best landscape pebbles and shell. From Central and South America to the far stretches of the Eastern Pacific, our landscape line is composed of exclusive beach pebbles offered only from Consolidated Aggregates. These products allow any accent feature or ground cover to stand above the rest with unmatched distinction. Our decking aggregates are reliably sourced and will be around for years to come.
Industrial Sands
Consolidated Aggregates industrial sand products undergo an intense cleaning process with fresh water, particular gradation control, and a superior drying process that provides supreme quality material to the market. Our sand products are used in several different industrial applications such as pool filter media, trowel and broadcasting, geo-thermal drilling, construction, polymeric sand, and tank bottom sand.
Concrete Overlays
We manufacture multiple product lines, historically under the Stone Edge Surfaces brand, to meet the needs of professional contractors. All our products are made in the USA in our own facilities. These concrete overlays range from complete decorative systems to commercial self-leveling, patch and repair, and bond coat solutions. With our technical background in concrete overlays, we are confident we have the solution you are looking for.
Colored Quartz & Glass
Our colored glass is 100% recycled clear glass that is crushed and colored with a unique blend of coatings. Using a patented thermal application process, the glass pieces are coated with a brilliant long-lasting finish that is UV and scratch resistant. The colored glass chips provide a rich and deep colored accent that cannot be achieved with traditionally colored glass. Our colored quartz uses a similar thermal application process to ensure the color lasts.
Athletic Fields
Synthetic athletic turf fields use drainage systems consisting of specific gravel and sand products produced at Consolidated Aggregates own quarries. We also supply the graded sand product that is used to weigh down the turf for compacting before applying the rubber pellets. Sand volleyball courts, golf courses, and horse racing tracks are also markets where we supply products.
Preblended Colored Masonry
We offer 12 colors of preblended Type S and Type N Masonry Mortars in either 80 lb. bags or 3000 lb. bulk bags. We take care of pre-blending the colored mortar at our manufacturing facility to ensure consistency of color throughout your project, so you don’t have to hassle with on-site blending. We also have several mobile masonry silos that are available to use on your large commercial jobs.
